COVID-19 Appointment Protocol:
As we are open during COVID-19, New protocols have been put in place, to ensure all of our clients and staff are safe and healthy.
We are now doing ‘curbside’ appointments.
When you arrive in the parking lot, we ask that you stay in the car, give us a call to let us know you are here.
**DO NOT COME TO THE DOOR AND PULL THE HANDLE, THE DOOR IS LOCKED**
We are taking 1 appointment in at a time the possibility of contamination and we are thoroughly cleaning in-between each appointment.
Once we are ready for you appointment, we will give you a call to let you know we can meet you at the door or at the car (your choice) and we will use one of our slip-leashes and take your pet in for the appointment. We ask that any collars/harnesses be removed as well.
If the appointment requires an estimate, this will be emailed to you after the Dr. or one of the techs talk to you about the concern for the appointment. An estimate will be created and emailed to you after the Doctor does her examination,
Once you receive the email, instead of signing the estimate and returning it to us, you will reply to the email, letting us know that we can go ahead with the planned treatments/services or let us know if you have any questions or concerns and we will discuss everything further.
Once an agreed plan has been established, we will continue the appointment and give you a call after we are done, to update you on what’s been done, what’s to be done, go over any of the medications (if needed) and to process to the payment over the phone.
Payment type: We do take Credit Cards over the phone. AMEX is the only card we do not take.
*Please note* We do not write down credit card numbers, transactions over the phone are entered directly into our machine, we do not write credit card numbers down to protect your information.
After the payment has been processed, we will confirm when we are coming back out to bring you your pet
